Summer vacation: day 32

Pizza Saturday ... Harris worked at church and boys helped poppy in the garden. So, they had a yummy, hardy lunch. Boys made their own olive oil/oregano cheese pizza and we enjoyed a BLT pizza from Cooking Light.

Summer vacation: day 26

 Busy weekend! Lot of family time and lots of work at home! Harris has been busy harvesting our garden. Potatoes are now coming in! Still lots of squash and zucchini and cucumbers . One way of using it all...zucchini bread! Freezes great and super yummy! Two batches down, many more to go!

Breakfast in the rain! Thomas wanted to eat on the front porch and watch the rain. He heard a bit of thunder and needed Tucker's protection!

Thomas is a huge helper for Harris in the garden. A great bonding time and learning experience! Thomas keeps talking about a carrot tree! Maybe now he understands they are root veggies!
